Our terrace is fully air-conditioned. Even when it's hot outside, it stays pleasant with us - with a view of the new courtyard, warm evening light, and a Hidalgo Swing Cocktail in hand. Excellent steak and warm-hearted service! I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant today, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience! The steak was simply perfect – cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavour. One of the best I have ever eaten. What truly made the visit unforgettable, however, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and courteous without being intrusive. You felt welcome and well cared for from the very first moment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

The fillet of New Zealand Ocean Beef was outstanding in taste. A great idea to offer a variety of seasoning options. Grilled vegetables and rosemary potatoes left nothing to be desired. The tiramisu did not quite hit my taste 100%, but the chocolate cake with a liquid centre is a 10/10. Service is extremely friendly and the ambience very relaxed. In my opinion, the quality and service fully justify the price. The only drawback in a somewhat upscale restaurant is the presentation of the dishes.

We were delighted with the dishes and service. Excellent cuisine and an outstanding wine list with a wide selection of international labels. Priced entirely appropriately for the quality and service. We had booked delivery to our holiday home at the Arua Private Spa Villas in advance for the first evening and were able to enjoy perfectly arranged dishes upon our arrival. After our first visit to the restaurant in Burgstall the following day, we immediately booked again for the next evening. We sat on the beautiful terrace, but the dining rooms also make an excellent impression. Absolutely recommended! It is well worth making the trip again.

Anyone who enjoys really good steaks is in good hands at Hidalgo with Otto Mattivi and his team. Top quality, superb cuisine, and the girls and boys are very courteous and competent. I am not regularly in South Tyrol, but when I am, Hidalgo is a must
